Equine sports massage therapy is the application of professional sports massage
therapy used on humans but applied to the equine athlete. Equine Sports massage is
often used to help injuries but the ideal massage program is to prevent injuries. The
effect of proper massage is to improve compensated areas while increasing circulation
and the horses overall well being.
